I'm Cami Flowers, a Women’s Empowerment Coach, Digital Creator, and Speaker on a mission to help faith-driven mom bosses reclaim their balance and glow with purpose. With over two decades of administrative expertise and a deep passion for helping women rise, I empower moms to stop surviving and start building lives and businesses rooted in confidence, clarity, and calling.
I coach faith-driven mom bosses through a holistic approach to balance—focusing on their mindset, faith, finances, health, and relationships—so they can confidently build the life and business they deserve.
In 2017, I launched a Virtual Assistant business and put my natural organizational and administrative skills to work, helping clients manage their social media, streamline emails, and bring structure to their busy schedules. That season revealed two things: I had a gift for creating order—and a deeper calling to help women grow beyond the task list and into their full potential.
As a mom myself, I know what it feels like to juggle everything and lose yourself in the process.
When my son was around one or two years old, he developed eczema. Wanting a natural and holistic approach, I began learning about herbs, natural oils, and butters—and how they support and heal the skin. That love for wellness turned into a passion for formulating, and eventually, the creation of my very own skincare business: Marie Flowers Skincare.
From hand-whipped body butters to soothing natural blends, my products were crafted with care and purpose. Although I had to pivot to create more balance in my life, my love for product creation never left. Today, Marie Flowers Skincare offers wholesale solutions to help other moms launch or expand their own skincare businesses—and don’t worry, our body products will be making a full return soon!
My journey through entrepreneurship, motherhood, personal healing, and purpose has taught me that balance isn't a luxury—it’s a necessity. Now, I help other women do the same.
Today, through my coaching, content, and community, I equip mom bosses like you with proven strategies to organize your life and business, align with your purpose, and achieve sustainable growth. I’m here to help you glow with confidence, embrace boldness, and thrive in every aspect of your entrepreneurial journey.
